- Our clients May Day Cafe Co-op and Storehouse Grocers and Coffee Co-op incorporated—meaning, they’re official cooperatives in the State of Minnesota!
- We connected 18 organizations to form the Real Estate Investment Cooperative (REICo) Coalition, a collaboration of real estate cooperatives, nonprofits, service providers, and other ecosystem partners.
- We awarded $420,000 to four worker-owned cooperatives in St. Paul through the LOCAL Fund for Worker Ownership…
- …Plus $125,000 to South Como Community Investment Co-op through the LOCAL Fund for Community Ownership (with another grant pending!)
- As part of our LOCAL Fund outreach and analysis, we hosted a seven-part Business Planning webinar series, met with 10 District Councils, contacted 725 St. Paul businesses, connected with 30+ curious cooperators, and conducted six site-specific feasibility studies.
- And we presented at three conferences: Minnesota Cooperative Summit, MadWorC’s Regional Rendezvous, and the 2025 Cooperative Professional Guild Conference!
