About Angie
I bring with me over a decade of experience in community engagement, organizational development, nonprofit program management, cohort-based leadership development, and diversity, equity and inclusion coaching and facilitation. From 2013-2015 I worked with the Boards and Commissions Leadership Institute (BCLI) here at Nexus, and left Nexus for two years to co-facilitate the Neighborhood Leadership Program at the Amherst H. Wilder Foundation, a cohort-based program designed to support social change leaders in Saint Paul.
I rejoined Nexus in 2017 as the local program manager in Nexus Community Engagement Institute, later becoming the co-director co-leading the vision and strategy of NCEI for three years. I love Nexus and the communities we are a part of, and am excited to be shifting from external facing social justice work, to now supporting the internal transformations and infrastructure we’ve been breathing life and energy into over the years here at Nexus on the administrative side. When not at work, I love playing volleyball and making art, or decompressing at home with my family.
