Nexus Community Partners is inviting groups in Greater and Rural Minnesota to apply for our Community Wealth Building (CWB) Cohort!
Up to 10 groups will be selected to learn together, share ideas, and explore ways to build local power, shared ownership, and long-term wealth in their communities. The cohort will meet six times from November 2026 through March 2027. Most meetings will be online; one meeting may be in person or hybrid.
Nexus will choose a mix of groups from different places and backgrounds. When reviewing applications, we will look at each group’s connection to Greater Minnesota, interest in community wealth building, ability to take part, and what the group can share with others.
Each selected group will receive $7,000 to help cover time, supplies, research, project work, and travel.
