Hmong American Partnership will be hosting a Farmers Market starting September 23rd until October 8th running every Monday and Tuesday. This is a pilot project with the aim of bringing affordable locally grown produce to the East Side of St. Paul. The location of the HAP Farmers Market will be on-site at their office to serve all
